- Communications - information about you from emails, secure messages or letters you send to us or information collected during telephone conversations with you.
- Public data - information about you that is in public records such as business registers, and information about you that is publicly available, such as online search engines.
- Criminal history - details of your criminal record and other convictions.
- Information Technology - When you use our website, we monitor your behavior through analytics software and collect information about how each visitor uses our site. This information is then used to compile reports and help us improve our site. We collect information about all the devices you have used to access our services such as your IP address.

7. How long do we keep your personal information?
We only keep your personal information for as long as necessary. The criteria we use to determine data retention periods include:
- regulatory and legal requirements;
- good business practice;
- time limits applicable to the assessment and defense of claims and / or investigations; and
- deal with any questions you may have.
When we no longer need to keep your legitimate personal information, we delete or anonymize it. If we cannot do so for technical reasons, we will securely classify your personal information, use it only for a purpose that we have already communicated to you, and we will isolate it from any further processing, until the deletion of the archives.
